The Learning Center has a fairly small staff to manage the operations of the facility. Those staff members are:

Three institutions - Louisiana State University - Eunice, Northwestern State University, and Upper Iowa University, each have offices within the Learning Center. Other institutions, such as Central Louisiana Technical College, have faculty who teach courses at the Learning Center.
