Meeting Rooms
The LCRP has a variety of meeting spaces for business and community groups to reserve for use, including The Regents Room, video conference rooms, computer labs, and classrooms. - The Regents Room
- Suitable for large meetings or training seminars.
- Can hold up to 120 people auditorium style, or 100 with tables and chairs.
- Round or rectangular tables available.
- Arrangement available in a variety of configurations.
- Integrated audio/visual equipment - Computer, VCR, laptop connection, wireless microphones, and ceiling-mounted LCD projector.
- Interactive presentation software.
- Compressed video connection available as needed.
- Foyer area ideal for catering set-up.
- Main Lobby
- Foyer area at main entrance to building suitable for event sponsor tables, exhibits, etc.
- Conference Rooms
- Several conference rooms available.
- Room capacity of 9 to 14 people depending on room used and arrangement.
- Compressed Video or computer/projector available.
- Compressed Video Rooms
- Seven CV rooms of varying sizes available.
- Room capacity of 6 to 32 people depending on room used and arrangement.
- Computer connection and presentation equipment available in select rooms.
- Computer Labs
- Two dedicated computer labs seating 20 - 25 people.
- Ceiling-mounted LCD projector and instructor station.
- 20 additional computer stations in Library.
- Science Lab
- 6 student work areas accommodating a total of 24 students.
- Gas & Water equipped.
- Instructor station.
- Standard Meeting Rooms
- 8 standard meeting rooms with the largest seating up to 42 students.
- Smart Meeting Rooms
- 10 "Smart" meeting rooms (integrated computer, DVD player, VCR, document camera, and ceiling mounted projector).
