The Learning Center for Rapides Parish has selected Turning Point Solutions Group to receive the award for the IT Managed Services RFP. Their proposal was determined to be most responsive to the needs of the State of Louisiana.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, Louisiana Board of Regents, Learning Center for Rapides Parish, for the purpose of providing Managed Services for the LCRP's core Information Systems infrastructure.
The scope of services will consist of managed services for the LCRP’s IT network which includes: approximately 80 classroom/lab workstations, 18 laptops, 7 staff workstations, 2 servers with 2 additional servers and 1 workstation in a virtual environment, 7 network printers, 1 router/firewall, 5 managed switches, wireless network consisting of 4 access points and 1 controller, video conference network consisting of 6 codecs. The quantity of each device type may vary slightly over the course of the contract.

Questions and Answers
Written questions regarding RFP requirements or Scope of Services
must be submitted to the RFP Coordinator as listed below. The
State will consider only written inquiries and requests for
clarification of the content of this RFP received from potential
proposers. To be considered, written inquiries and requests for
clarification of the content of this RFP must be received at the address
or via the fax number or email address listed below, by May 14, 2010.
The State reserves the right to modify the RFP should a change be
identified that is in the best interest of the State.

It is the responsibility of the proposer to check the web sites for the official responses to proposer inquiries and other addenda to the RFP, if any.
